Email Notifications

Stop activity Email notifications

Log into Jira.

Click the top right cog.

Click system.

Click the Issues tab on the left underneath the "Administration".

Scroll down and on the left you will see Notification schemes.

on the right You will see "notifications"

Click that and scroll down.

You will see the following events towards the bottom:

Work Logged On Issue (System)
Work Started On Issue (System)
Work Stopped On Issue (System)
Issue Worklog Updated (System)
Issue Worklog Deleted (System)

With the notifications of:

Current Assignee (Delete) Reporter (Delete) All Watchers (Delete)

Press delete on all of these for each event I listed above.
